Over the years, we have developed a number of interior design projects, including residential, hotel and office spaces, seeking appropriate solutions and applying them in a sensitive manner that promotes the welfare of our clients and improves the psychological and physical quality of their lives.
Service Steps
1- CUSTOMER CONSULTATION
First, the consultant receives requests from the Client for basic information such as: about the project, design style, preferences... Then sets up an appointment for DUE M architects to directly advise and proceed. Conduct site surveys.
Customers will work with DUE M team of experienced architects. We base on the current space characteristics of the house, your wishes, preferences and estimated investment budget, thereby providing optimal solutions in terms of design style, space layout, and raw materials. materials and functions in the most optimal way. 2- DESIGN
The consultant will discuss with the Customer about the terms of the Interior Design Contract to ensure the interests of both parties. After agreeing on terms such as design time, working process, handover documents, contract unit price, and payment method. The two parties will sign the contract, deposit and implement the design. When signing the design contract, the customer will pay 50% of the design cost.
The Chief Architect managing the Customer's house will come up with an idea for a specific functional layout with 2 options in about 2 - 3 working days depending on the level of detail and design area. Then present and discuss directly with the Customer to agree on the most harmonious layout plan for the space. After agreeing on the 2D floor layout drawing, the Architect team finds ideas through all the consulting data, discusses and sketches into one topic, this topic will be the premise for sketching and finishing perspective drawing. The implementation process to complete the 3D perspective design takes at least 10 days (time depends on the scale of the project...). The two sides will have an appointment for DUE M to present design ideas about content, materials and details of each space. The time to complete the entire interior design documents depends on the volume of each project. In case the customer needs support in editing design drawings multiple times, the completion time will be changed.
3- Construction
Construction and installation time depends on the workload of each item of each project. DUE M Design commits to progressing construction and installation according to the contract. Except for some unexpected events or force majeure that affect the construction progress.
Once the design has been approved by the customer, the company will estimate each rough item, interior construction and progress of completing the project. Construction quotes depend on each customer's financial ability. DUE M offers many construction options with many materials and flexible solutions to adjust to suit the circumstances. However, quality requirements are always the main criterion in the interior design and construction process.
After the customer approves the interior construction estimate, to ensure a clear and transparent construction process, DUE Mand the customer will sign an construction contract through all terms in the contract. . The payment process in the construction contract depends on the agreement between the customer and DUE M . Normally, the construction contract payment process is divided into 3 installments. Phase 1 is at the time of signing the contract for DUE M to buy materials and equipment.
During the first 1 year warranty period, from the date of actual acceptance at the construction site, DUE M commits to free of charge any technical errors related to the construction. If any parts, components or products are damaged or defective, we will replace them free of charge under the warranty terms
